Ethical reputation management & Google compliance

MoreReviews helps local businesses listen to customers, recover dissatisfaction privately, and invite Google Maps reviews — without manipulating, blocking, or hiding public reviews.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Customer rates the experience

Neutral question: Excellent, Good, Fair, or Poor — no pressure to hide dissatisfaction.

  2. Step 2

    Private recovery

Fair or poor experiences open a caring form and team contact (WhatsApp/email) to resolve issues.

  3. Step 3

    Optional Google invite

Happy customers get a clear invite to Google Maps. Unhappy customers can still post publicly if they want — the link stays discreetly available.

  4. Step 4

    Transparent merchant metrics

Merchants see internal feedback and public Google reputation separately — we do not promise to “block” Google reviews.

What we do NOT do (review gating)

To align with Google policies and FTC good practices:

  • We do not block negative Google reviews.
  • We do not hide the Google profile link.
  • We do not stop anyone from publishing because of their MoreReviews rating choice.
  • We do not send only satisfied customers to Google — invites are optional and the consumer decides.

For merchants

Use MoreReviews to improve service, respond fast, and grow with real social proof. Never promise customers that criticism “won’t reach Google” — the product organizes service, it does not override Google’s rules.
